o Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
o Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
o Plan and schedule project timelines, success criteria and milestones using appropriate tools.
o Develop and manage status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
o Conduct project post mortems and suggest recommendations in order to identify key project results.
o Coordinate with project managers, project leads and champions from other divisions.
o Track project milestones and deliverables.
o Manage budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
o Work with application suppliers/implementers/champions/IT to track and solve project issues.
o Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
o Competent and proficient understanding business processes.
o Act as the bridge between business units and IT projects.
