Responsibilities

• Implement according to engineering and construction work procedures
• Provide project management oversight of multiple projects to ensure to comply with contractual requirements, including time and budget parameters of the projects
• Provide administrative and operational leadership to assigned task(s), and project(s), including subcontractor management, worksite safety, and security, worksite regulations, reporting, etc ....,
• Evaluate work performance and subordinate staff to obtain high productivity, result, and morale
• Anticipates problems in shortages of resources (financial, manpower, materials, and equipment) and reports to Management with a suggested corrective action plan.
• Observes and ensure safe work practices, and develop preventive actions in assigned projects
• Establish and maintain project work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and final delivery
• Coordinate with the building, local government, authorities, and regulators where the project exists
• Understand project specification, develop construction time schedule and activities
• Predict resources and materials requirements to complete project
• planning, monitoring and managing the teams and projects
• Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions
• Measuring and reporting on the project performance
• Monitoring the progress of the project and also addressing potential issues
• Able to handle the Construction project under pressure

Job Requirements

• B.E (Civil)
• Age between 35 to 45
• Minimum (10-15) years of working experience in related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, SOP and schedules
• Strong in problem solving skill, interpersonal skill and organizational skills, Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good in team work approach and able to work under pressure
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
