Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage interior fit-out and decoration projects from commencement to completion.
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and manpower allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the agreed timeline.
  • Control project costs, materials, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure work quality complies with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
  • Manage project handover and defect rectification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/ME - Civil)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Decoration / Interior Fit-out projects
  • Ability to lead and manage projects independently
  • Capable of overseeing both office operations and site activities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent planning skills for project timelines, schedules, and deadlines
  • Able to supervise and coordinate subcontractors effectively
  • Willing to travel when required
