Performance Management

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management framework and processes.
  • Lead KPI setting, goal alignment, and performance review cycles across all departments.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness in performance evaluation practices.
  • Monitor performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Partner with business leaders to establish measurable objectives and performance indicators.
  • Support managers in performance coaching, performance improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
  • Analyze performance-related data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Drive employee performance culture and promote continuous feedback practices.

HR Projects Management

  • Develop and maintain an annual HR project roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end HR projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation.
  • Prepare project charters, timelines, implementation plans, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Drive HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR systems and automation projects.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet business requirements and organizational objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop HR dashboards and monitor performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
  • Analyze HR data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to Performance Management and HR Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems, KPI frameworks, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in project management and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred.
