Responsible for overseeing the successful installation of solar energy systems, from project planning to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including timelines, budgets, resources, and teams.
•    Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for solar system installations.
•    Coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, contractors, engineers, and technicians.
•    Manage project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate potential issues.
•    Ensure the timely completion of all project deliverables.
•    Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams as needed.
•    Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the installation process.
•    Conduct site inspections and identify any potential issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
•    Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Electrical Power
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to solar energy systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
