The Client Partner & Project Manager is responsible for owning client relationships and ensuring seamless internal execution across all departments. This role acts as the central bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.The role works closely with Creative, Digital, Performance & Insight, POS & Event, and Media Activation teams to translate business objectives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesClient Ownership & Communication• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients• Own client communication, expectations, and delivery commitments• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence• Manage client feedback, revisions, and change requests professionallyProject & Delivery Management• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs• Develop and manage project timelines, Gantt charts, milestones, and dependencies• Coordinate across Creative, Digital, Media, POS & Event teams• Track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery• Identify risks early and escalate when necessaryInternal Coordination & Alignment• Lead internal kickoff meetings and weekly project status updates• Ensure all teams are aligned on scope, timelines, and responsibilities• Work closely with Performance & Insight to align execution with KPIs• Maintain clear documentation and delivery recordsGrowth & Upsell Support• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing client accounts• Support proposal development and scope expansion discussions in collaboration with Strategy & Growth• Work with Strategy & Growth team to strengthen account valueDelivery Quality & Risk Management• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards before client submission• Proactively identify delivery risks and propose mitigation actions

Job Requirements
The Client Partner & Project Manager serves as the key liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring that client business objectives are translated into effective, strategy-led 360° marketing solutions. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, leading integrated marketing projects end-to-end, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable project delivery.
Experience· Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project Management· Experience in a Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Consulting Firm is required· Proven experience managing strategy-led and 360° marketing campaigns
