Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage the QA/QC team to inspect the incoming raw materials, chemicals, in process lines, finished products and packaging materials comply with approved SOP and report any deviations to QA manager in time.
Update the SOP and set up the quality related parameters in process lines following the internal and external regulations.
Lead the QA/QC team to follow the approved SOP and guidelines in process and check the records or checklists.
Ensure and be responsible the accurate formula and ratios of all ingredients, and quality parameters according to the specifications of the product development team for each product.
Minimize the inspection errors and delay times for incoming materials, products and process to improve quality criteria.
Collaborate with the production and engineer teams to maintain the quality consistency and to reduce the down times, packaging defects and errors.
Monitor laboratory team to test and record the raw water, treated water and waste water quality to ensure within the range of the standards daily.
Implement and manage to follow the standard operating procedures and regulations in product and process comply with the FDA, GHP, GMP, HACCP and ISO certification bodies.
Good technical and problem solving skills the quality related issues coordinated with the production and engineering teams

Job Requirements

Must be graduate of Food Technology/ B.Sc/M.Sc. (IC OR Chemistry),B.Sc/M.Sc (Engineering Chemistry) or any related science.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance work in FMCG industries. Prefer Food and Beverage Industry experience.
Good knowledge and experiences in chemical and microbiological laboratory works. Must know the safety storage and handling techniques of the chemicals, reagents and laboratory equipments.
Able to cooperate with QC team to implement GHP, HACCP & ISO system. Able to supervise and conduct the documentation process for GHP/HACCP & ISO system.
Good interpersonal skills with related departments and initiate to QA/QC team
