Prepare cost estimations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
Calculate material quantities for both structural and finishing works based on design drawings.
Monitor project progress and track actual expenditures against budget.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Understand and interpret tender documents, contract conditions, and project scope of work.

Job Requirements
BE (Civil), AGTI (Civil), or a related engineering degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, especially in construction and decoration projects.
Proficient in reading construction drawings.
Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity measurement.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of decoration materials.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Must be a team player and able to meet deadlines.
Willing to work overtime if required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
