  • Manage QS and cost-related activities
  • Tendering, estimation and quotation preparation
  • Cost control and project budget management
  • Manage project and site operations for Civil / Renovation / Fit-out works
  • Coordinate with Design, MEP, Site and Procurement teams
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Review work progress, work sequence and project requirements
  • Manage and support the QS / Project team
  • Monitor project schedule, cost and overall work progress
  • Handle commercial and contractual matters when required
  • Provide guidance and decision-making support to the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong Experience in Cost Management, Contract Administration and BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation
  • Strong commercial, contractual, analytical, communication, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, specifications, and work sequences
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD (2D/3D)
  • Ability to lead, guide, and support QS team members
