Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for the operation of answer, screen and transfer phone calls while maintaining Phone Log Book.
  • Attend and serve guests/ visitors
  • Keep proper record for Petty Cash claims and reimbursement, and submit a monthly Summary of Petty Cash Reimbursement to Finance
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings and guests when necessary.
  • Act as information desk PIC for internal staffs and external guests
  • Resposible for HR functions such as daily attendance entry, Leave entry 
  • Prepare and incharge for monthly payroll data calculation which to be passed to Account Department
  • Responsible for Staff related issues such as opening Bank Account, buying Insurance, SSB Contribution payment
  • Keep proper filing system for both hard and soft documents files
  • Copying, Scanning, Distribution documents which are related to HR & Admin Department.
  • Back up for Senior HR Assistant & Admin Assistant of HR & Admin Department.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a Receptionist / Receptionist cum HR / General Admin Assistant.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word/Excel is a MUST)
  • Excellent Team Spirit
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to work under pressure while performing multi functions.
  • Must be able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone
