Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, < including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, collecting feedback form and reference check procedures >.
  • Advertise open positions internally and externally through a variety of channels (e.g. job boards, university portals, agencies, and professional associations)
  • Serve as a brand marketer for the MPT employment brand through digital media channels.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and other necessary recruitment projects, i.e. Line Maintenance Persons project/MPT's Internship program/Fresh Graduate Hiring Program.
  • To monitor and assist in team budget management activities quarterly, such as contracting with vendors, preparing necessary approval documents and getting signatures from HR management and vendors.
  • Good at communicating with both external and internal parties.
  • Good in presentation and reporting to management Have experience participating in recruitment projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • To organize team data and information for preparing weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and any ad hoc-assigned projects in assisting TM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HRM/HRD Diploma is preferred)
  • 5 years of experiences in HR field (at least 3 years’ experiences in Recruitment section is preferred)
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Experience of using HR system like <Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)/ Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)>
