  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  2. Manage the recruitment process: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  3. Build strong partnerships: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Act as a strategic partner in talent acquisition, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  4. Source and screen candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments: Lead interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and motivations. Implement assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
  6. Enhance employer brand: Develop and maintain a positive employer brand through effective communication of the company's values, culture, and opportunities. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  7. Analyze recruitment metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  8. Mentor and train team members: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to recruitment team members, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience  3-5 years working in recruitment or talent acquisition, with (3 years) in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovative recruitment initiatives.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
