1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and hard-to-fill positions.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Draft, review, and post job descriptions and advertisements on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Source candidates through various channels (online platforms, job fairs, networking, referrals, and agencies).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer assessments or tests (if required).
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional recruitment process.

3. Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through online and offline platforms.
  • Manage recruitment-related social media presence and engagement.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

4. Onboarding & Compliance

  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate recruitment reports.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and technologies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Officer, or similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
