Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
Maintain and verify attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Ensure compliance with income tax, social security, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
Continuously review and improve payroll processes for greater efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping for all payroll transactions.
Handle employee payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree Holder.
Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented organization.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, income tax, and social security regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll management systems.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
