- Maintain seamless communication with all shortlisted candidates and logistics personnel throughout the hiring process. This includes scheduling interviews, promptly providing feedback, and keeping candidates informed about the status of their applications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements and offer guidance on the recruitment process for the designated business units.
- Monitor critical recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the recruitment team members, adjacent HR Business Partners, and hiring managers regarding the status of unfilled positions.
- Work with the all of HR team members and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure the maintenance of personal files and the availability of all necessary documentation. Implement employee orientation programs and provide comprehensive briefings.
- Data restoration for the entire end-to-end recruitment process and monthly report.
- Other recruitment and selection related tasks assigned by line manager.
