Supervise the recruitment team, oversee the endto-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Organizing recruitment budgets and resources and identify the best channels use for each position.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and upto-date candidate information.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree holder with diploma or certificate in human resources field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment field for at least 3 to 5 years.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and understanding of job market trends.
Efficient multitasking skill, including effective communication with hiring manager, active listening, and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to a good build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Good command in English Language.
