  • Supervise the recruitment team, oversee the endto-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Organizing recruitment budgets and resources and identify the best channels use for each position. 
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and upto-date candidate information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder with diploma or certificate in human resources field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment field for at least 3 to 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and understanding of job market trends.
  • Efficient multitasking skill, including effective communication with hiring manager, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to a good build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good command in English Language.
