Regional Marketing Manager (OTC) is responsible for driving regional sales and marketing performance, executing brand strategies, expanding market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and leading field teams to achieve sales targets and business growth within the assigned region.

Regional Sales & Marketing Execution

• Implement regional sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth across the assigned region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Channel & Customer Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Expand customer reach and improve product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.

Brand Promotion & Trade Activities

• Execute promotional campaigns, trade activities, customer programs, and brand-building initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of merchandising and visibility standards in the market.
• Support product launches and marketing activities to maximize market impact.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Promoters (BPs), and Supervisors.
• Monitor field activities and ensure productivity, coverage, and target achievement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Collect and analyze market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and business reviews.
• Recommend action plans to improve sales performance and market share.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Support demand planning and inventory management to ensure product availability within the region.

• Bachelor’s degree; Medical/Pharmacy degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer healthcare industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in OTC product marketing and channel management is preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
