• Be the owner of all dealer issues as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions
• Manage / improve day to day process interaction with dealers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge.• Monitor up-take curve for assigned dealers and ensure close follow dealers to maximize volume performance and superior service.
. • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction• Ensure timely submission of manifest with and accurate data

An energetic talent who will grow along with the company, possessing following qualifications• University Degree in• Alternatively 1-3 years’ experience in service industry.• Excellent communication in Myanmar language and basic English• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Customer Service related field is an advantage
