• Actively build strong relationships with dealers and gain an understanding of their business and Service needs.

• Be the owner of all dealer  issues as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions

• Manage / improve day to day process interaction with dealers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge.
• Monitor up-take curve for assigned dealers and ensure close follow dealers to maximize volume performance and superior service.

. • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely submission of manifest with and accurate data

An energetic talent who will grow along with the company, possessing following qualifications
• University Degree in
• Alternatively 1-3 years’ experience in service industry.
• Excellent communication in Myanmar language and basic English
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Customer Service related field is an advantage
