Job Description

1. Admissions & Enrollment Management

  • Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets
  • Oversee the full admissions cycle (inquiry, application, assessment, enrollment, onboarding)
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage admissions data, reporting, and forecasting
  • Organize school tours, open days, and promotional events
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and international education standards

2. Marketing & Communications

  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote the school brand
  • Monitor market trends and competitor schools
  • Support digital marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents

3. School Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations including administration, facilities, transport, and security
  • Ensure smooth coordination between academic and non-academic departments
  • Develop and improve operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor health, safety, and safeguarding standards
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise admissions and operations staff
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance management
  • Foster a collaborative and professional working environment

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international school standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support inspections, audits, and accreditation processes

6. Financial Oversight

  • Manage admissions-related budgets and operational costs
  • Monitor fee collection processes in coordination with finance team
  • Support financial planning and cost control initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Age must be 45 and above
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in admissions, operations, or school management
  • Experience in an international school environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in school management systems and Microsoft Office
