  • Process reissuance, refunds, and ticket changes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information to customers.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain proper booking records.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
  • Proficient in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo ticketing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of international & domestic fare rules.
  • Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
