Job Description

The role holder is responsible in selling products and solutions that are geared towards client needs in order to differentiate Corporate products and solutions from competitor’s offerings and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Acts as point of contact for establishing mutual banking facilities with other banking counterparties. Banking counterparties include offshore foreign banks, representative offices of foreign banks, onshore foreign banks, international development banks and local banks.
  • Develops and maintains FI specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Address and support commercial trade and remittance businesses
  • Support client service as dedicated professional when needed in handling the day-to-day client activities / requests for processing.
  • Provide exhaustive assistance in the resolution of commercial customer’s complex inquiries and issues.
  • Follow up and resolve client inquires / problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep abreast with Bank’s latest Corp. products to ensure customers know about latest products offers.
  • Liaising with internal department to solve clients’ issue and to fulfill customer’s satisfaction.
  • Negotiate legal documents related to payroll agreement, service level agreement, bank guarantee to get to the standard format.
  • Attend relevant internal and external corporate meetings, seminars and networking events.
  • Engage in clients’ meeting and provide feedbacks on Bank products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience or RM experience in banking or financial institutions
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command in English and (Thai or Chinese) for both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
