ROLE PURPOSE
As Transaction Manager to develop and implement a sound transaction banking business for the bank by driving and manage the corporate client base; provide advice and guidance to customers and support internal stakeholders to maximise potential selling opportunities; achieve financial targets for assigned segment and ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify transaction banking opportunities and convert to lead and/or expand the transaction banking business to deliver a suite of cash management, deposits, fx, trade finance products and actively promoting cross selling opportunities.
Execute and drive assigned portfolio sales plan to ensure that revenue targets and Key Performance indicators are met.
Ability to craft complex transaction banking solutions to meet the increasing requirements of the sector-based clients.
Establish strong working relationships with Product Management Teams.
Lead and collaborate with all stakeholders within Transaction Banking and across other business units to design, develop and deliver solutions successfully to clients.
Update Product Division on client needs and opportunities, as well as market pricing and trends.
Build strong relationships with clients, including individuals responsible for the cash management and trade finance business as well as treasury and procurement personnel.

Job Requirements
Good knowledge of cash management products and solutions including working capital solution. Knowledge of trade finance and fx are added advantage.
Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive and ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Demonstrate knowledge of customer needs through appropriate business analysis and questioning.
Proficiency in presentation and negotiation, a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Translate customer information into compelling, fact-based credit submissions.
Identifying opportunities to meet holistic banking needs of customers.

Coaching team members to develop banking knowledge.
