  • Investigate vendor capabilities, track records, and alternative options.
  • Gather market intelligence on technology trends and pricing benchmarks.
  • Maintain a structured database of vendor information and competitor activities.
  • Write clear, concise briefs tailored for busy executives.
  • Provide monthly tracking reports on competitor activities and quarterly strategic assessments.
  • Recommend proactive responses or strategic patience based on market analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Strong research skills, able to go beyond surface-level information.
  • Human intelligence skills: effective at reference checks and industry networking.
  • Ability to synthesize scattered data into coherent, actionable analysis.

  • Curiosity and persistence in pursuing insights.

Experience Indicators

  • Background in market research, business journalism, consulting, or sales analysis.
  • Existing network in Myanmar banking or technology sectors is a plus.
