  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated sales professionals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Explore and implement new avenues for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns in a responsive and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and handover process.
  • Oversee the entire residential sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Skillfully manage property viewings, price negotiations, and contractual matters.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate property transactions.
  • Ensure a well-coordinated handover of properties to buyers, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all handover requirements are met.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to verify that the project's construction, systems, and components meet predefined quality benchmarks.
  • Provide support to customers during the move-in and transition phase.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, sharing insights and recommendations derived from sales data.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Adapt strategies based on data analysis for improved performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification preferred).
  • Over 8 years of experience in residential sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with English and Myanmar language.
  • Proficiency in real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
