Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations at a premium estate setting, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth team coordination, and strong standards in food, beverage, and presentation. You will support a memorable dining experience while driving efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
● Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service.
● Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing levels to support business needs and peak periods.
● Monitor food, beverage, hygiene, and presentation standards to maintain a premium guest experience.
● Handle guest feedback and service issues promptly, professionally, and with a solution-focused approach.
● Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
● Support inventory control, purchasing checks, and cost awareness to reduce waste and improve results.
● Prepare operational reports and assist management in tracking performance and service improvements.

Job Requirements

● Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-standard venue.
● Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a guest-first mindset.
● Good understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, hygiene, and quality control.
● Ability to manage schedules, staff performance, and day-to-day operational challenges.
● Familiarity with inventory, basic cost control, and operational reporting.
● Professional, organized, and calm under pressure in a busy service environment.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
