Job SummaryA Recruitment Specialist for Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery supports hiring needs across our winery operations in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and help ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience.Key Responsibilities● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prepare accurate job postings.● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles across operations and support functions.● Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications in a timely, professional manner.● Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking data, and hiring reports with accuracy.● Support onboarding activities and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.● Build relationships with local schools, job portals, and community networks to attract talent.● Assist HR with employment documentation, offer letters, and other hiring-related processes.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.● 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.● Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.● Good knowledge of recruitment processes, labor practices, and HR administration.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.● Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems or ATS is an advantage.● Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive service mindset.
