Job Summary
Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery is seeking a skilled Operations/F&B Manager to oversee daily food, beverage, and hospitality operations in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient workflows, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily F&B operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction across the outlet.
● Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality.
● Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and cost control to support profitability.
● Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
● Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional environment.
● Support scheduling, reporting, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or a related management role.
● Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
● Good understanding of service standards, inventory control, and cost management.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
● Knowledge of restaurant, café, or winery hospitality operations is an advantage.
● Proficient in basic reporting, planning, and operational coordination.
● Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
