Job Summary
Lead the Food & Beverage operation at Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. The F&B Manager will oversee service quality, team performance, guest satisfaction, cost control, and day-to-day operations to deliver a memorable dining and winery experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar, events, and guest service areas.
● Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
● Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to support revenue and profitability goals.
● Maintain strong standards for hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and service presentation.
● Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination.
● Develop and implement SOPs to improve service efficiency and guest experience.
● Work closely with kitchen, front office, and winery teams to support operations and events.
● Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure service recovery when needed.
● Support menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings aligned with the brand.
● Prepare reports on sales, costs, staffing, and operational performance.
