Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor workplace Safety Policies & Procedures.
  • Conduct daily factory Safety Inspection & Risk Assessment.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Prepare Incident Reports & Corrective Actions.
  • Conduct Safety Training and Toolbox Talks for employees.
  • Support emergency response activities (Fire, Evacuation, First Aid).
  • Coordinate safety audits and inspections.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation.
  • Promote safety awareness culture in the factory.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor Degree or Diploma (Engineering / Industrial Safety / Related Field).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in factory safety supervision (Food Manufacturing preferred).Meal
  • Knowledge of HSE / OSHA / Food Factory Safety
