Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QS Engineer (or) Site QS Engineer to join Comet Design and Decoration in Yangon. This role supports interior design and decoration projects by managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender support, and contract-related documents to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ and cost estimates for projects.
- Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities.
- Prepare material quantity calculations and cost breakdowns.
- Monitor project quantities, material usage and costs.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, variation orders and QS-related documents.
- Assist in project cost control and monitor project progress.
- Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
