  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team, Design & Creative Team to produce high-impact visual content, photos and videos for product launches.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across online and offline channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales and marketing team members to enhance their skills and personal growth.
  • Assist in setting monthly sales goals and working towards achieving targets.
  • Handle customer relations, complaints and inquiries.

  • B.A , B.Sc or any other related preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sale and Marketing Manager, preferably in the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.

  • Understanding market insights, customer behaviors and products.
