Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support the Sales Channel/Brand Manager with data and statistics, payments and other projects
  • Support the Sales Department with customer administration
  • Process orders and use SAP software
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Assist with the follow up of invoices and management of receipt of payments from customers
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Department and Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, promotions, fees, incentives, margins, etc.,
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  • Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
  • Follow instructions from and report to the Sales Channel/Brand Manager

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support
  • Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and process
  • Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate and work in teams
