1. Support the Sales Channel/Brand Manager with data and statistics, payments and other projects
2. Support the Sales Department with customer administration
3. Process orders
4. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
5. Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
6. Assist with the follow up of invoices and management of receipt of payments from customers
7. Liaise with the Warehouse Department and Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
8. Maintain and update sales and customer records
9. Develop monthly sales reports
10. Communicate important feedback from customers internally
11. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
12. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, promotions, fees, incentives, margins, etc.,
13. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
14. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
15. Follow instructions from and report to the Sales Channel/Brand Manager
