  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders (DO), and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Coordinate with factory and logistics teams to arrange timely product dispatch.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, price adjustments, and production schedules.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve product or delivery issues.
  • Conduct market surveys and assist in identifying new customers.
  • Prepare daily /weekly /monthly sales reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or customer support preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and logistics coordination.
