Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and official tax invoices accurately and on time.

  • Prepare delivery documents (DO, waybills) and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely deliveries.

  • Support the sales team with sample requests and daily stock updates.

  • Handle customer issues related to deliveries or documentation in coordination with the Branch Manager.

  • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and showroom sample/display registers.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Mandalay region.

  • Manage daily opening/closing of the Mandalay Showroom and ensure displays and showroom conditions meet standards.

  • Coordinate with cleaners/technicians for repairs and general showroom upkeep.

  • Follow up on pending customer payments and assist with collection.

  • Prepare daily cash/cheque collection reports and ensure timely bank deposits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales admin, showroom operation or sales & office support.

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales/order processing systems.

  • Strong communication, and coordination skills.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Responsible, reliable, and able to handle showroom opening/closing duties.

  • Team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
