1) Supporting the sales team in attaining sales order taking and customer responses processes.
2) Preparing proposals, agreements, sales and agents reports, and presentations.
3) Gathering monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis from sale teams.
4) Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
5) Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal sales meetings.
6) Coordinate with Marketing and assist sales team in the implementation of sales activities / tools as prepared by the department.
7) Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in any fields.
2.Minimum 2-3 years in sales administration area.
3.Service minds and pleasant personality.
4.Good command of English is required.
5.Proficient in Ms Office (MS word, excel, powerpoint, E-mail).
