Job Description

  • MRC update ( sales report) – Daily , Weekly, and Monthly including following functions
  • Order Form listing ( update).  Checking each entry on the Order Form is correctly and clearly stated by sales person or not.
  • Survey/installation Vs results ( with dates we requested to Operation Team) if needed sales admin must follow up and remind as required
  • Sales report with Amount with up to date exchange rate ( Check with Account )
  • Credit Note/referrel Fees preparation according to procedure : to get Signed by COO.  Prepare with supporting document
  • Termination/De-activation Process : with Supporting Document
  • Up/Downgrade process : with supporting Document
  • Price Revising :  Agreement renewal or special request : prepare supporting document together with Application
  • Checking on System/Web/Shared Point, that all sold cleints are on the system or missing.  If missing send email to system team and relavant dept with ref.
  • Checking on System/Web/Shared Pointx that all Sales Person's sales are stated correctly - customer name, company name, billing address, contact person, BW, MRC with Sales Person's Name.
  • Sales Target Vs Sales per person checking and submit to DOS for Commission review for COO approval
  • Sales Comparison with Previous Month(s) data inputting in Format
  • Buildings and Condos Rooms Vs our Sales – Weekly, Monthly - MGT  Building Report
  • Agreement - Checking.  Every month's Sales Agreement to return with Customer's signature before end of the month.  If have to wait + 1 week maximum.
  • If each sales person didn't return or didn't perfom collecting Sales Agreements, Sales Admin has the authority to warn them by varbally and by email as per department's penalty scheme.
  • Sales Summery Report Vs Deposit payment Collecting and preparing – Monitoring : Using File Server ( One Drive and Web Sharing File)
  • Cash Collect Information ( Monthly for Billing) if required only ( when customer has special request to collect)
  • Sales Agreement to store under file server – Monthly, by Categorized
  • Checking and list DOS and each person's sales visit schedule and share the info internally.
  • Preparing /Setting  necessary arrangement for Training and Meeting.  Remind one day ahead. 
  • Receiving Inquiry and sell as Office Sales
  • Receiving Inquiry and pass to relavant catergory account Manager.

  • Telephone inquiry : Standard reply on asked inquiry Max. 20 Mins ( if you have to corporate with Customer Service, or Engineering make sure they answer or response within 20 mins)
  • Facebook : within timeline – Max 15 to 20 Mins
  • Email : within 1 hour from receiving inquiry email
  •  Metro DIA Survey : Max. 2 day ( need to see application vs. survey done, Survey Failed report everyday and weekly) 
  • Chase and report for delay(s) to COO and DOS on Survey results and also Sales Team’s agreement return.
