Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell fitness club memberships, personal training packages, and other club services.
• Identify, generate, and convert new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate partnerships, digital channels, and community outreach.
• Conduct professional club tours for prospective members and present the club's facilities, programs, and membership benefits.
• Provide accurate information on membership packages, pricing, promotions, and payment options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members to maximize retention and referrals.
• Follow up promptly with inquiries, leads, trial members, and expired memberships to drive membership conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/customer database regularly.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, corporate activations, and community engagement activities.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding professionally to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and fitness products to effectively position the club in the market.

• Relevant sales and marketing experience and background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Results focused and self-driven to continually push the limits.
• Good communication skills in English and negoitation skills.
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and in excellent work ethics.
