Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the division team including Southern Myanmar Sales Team, product development, and supply chain functions.
  • Oversee product portfolio management, including new product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Drive marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve product offerings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement within the division.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; 
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a managerial role within the cosmetics, personal care, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales growth, product management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset.
