Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Take responsibility for and manage the showroom/store stock.
  • Set monthly sales targets in consultation with Management.
  • Direct and manage the sales team to achieve the assigned sales targets.
  • Guide the Retail Leader regarding showroom display standards and arrangements.
  • Develop and implement SOPs related to the Sales Department.
  • Develop monthly/weekly sales plans and seasonal promotion plans.
  • Handle customer complaints, conduct stock checks, acquire new customers, update product knowledge and prices, develop sales plans for non-moving items, and conduct training on customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports on sales performance and competitors.

Job Requirements

  • Must be between 30 and 45 years old.
  • Must hold a B.Com or any relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Relevant Diploma is required; a Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Must have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in team management and staff supervision.
