  • ဆိုင်၏ Stock ပိုင်းနှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီးတာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Monthly Sales Target များကို Management နှင့်တိုင်ပင်၍ သတ်မှတ်ပေးရမည်။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ညွှန်ကြားဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Showroom Display ပိုင်းနှင့်ပက်သက်၍ Retail Leader အားညွှန်ကြားရမည်။
  • အရောင်းဌာနနှင့်ပက်သက်သော SOP များရေးဆွဲရမည်
  • Monthly/Weekly Sales Plan, Season Promotion Plan များရေးဆွဲရမည်။
  • Customer Complain, Stock Check, New Customer, Product Knowledge & Update Price, Non-Moment Item Sales Plan, Training (Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Selling)
  • Monthly & Weekly & Daily (Sales & Competitors) Report ပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • အသက် (၃၀)နှင့် (၄၅)အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • B. Com (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Relevant Diploma (Master Degree More Prefer) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Retail Sale အတွေ့အကြုံ (5) နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skills, Leadership Skill, Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Team Management, Staff Supervision ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
