  •  Manage the timely distribution of FMCG products to the market.
  •  Supervise distributor warehouse operations and delivery processes.
  •  Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and expiry management.
  •   Plan and manage delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
  •   Control damage and return processes systematically.
  •  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  •   Conduct sales performance analysis and implement action plans.
  •  Execute trade promotion programs effectively.
  •   Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  •  Maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
  •   Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales & distribution reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPI performance.
  •   Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and regulations.
  • Control operational budgets and expenses effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2- 5 years experience in related fields.
  • Able to travel for business trips.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience handling distributors or channel sales.
  • Driving license is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good sales analysis and reporting skills. .
