  • Manage and oversee daily wholesale sales operations in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and B2B customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in accordance with company objectives.
  • Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and customer feedback, and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate closely with the delivery, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage the collection process effectively.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale sales of building materials is preferred. (Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and market.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
