Job Description

Sales engineer will be responsible for business development, marketing and selling. He/she will be fully understanding on company product portfolios and core products values. He/she will analyze market/industry/competitor situations and then develop business/market strategies through products propositions, pricing, market development/penetration and channel development to grow business. He will also communicate market opportunities and lead product development team by giving initiative/direction/vision on commercial and technical aspects, participate new product review until product released and delivered to customers Sales engineer will be responsible for business development, marketing and selling. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accountable for company annual sales budget of his products, including direct sales and indirect sales.
  2. Business Development; develop strategies/direction to grow up business, establish sales channels, analysing potential partners, define product, price and promotion strategies
  3. Plan and Conduct Marketing activities; product presentation, product demonstration, exhibition, routine customer visit, developing catalogues & product sales sheet & marketing tools.
  4. Lead on large project tender; review tender specification and commercial term,   provide strategic sales direction to team, ensure the quality of quotes with right solution and cost effectiveness.
  5. Communicate market situation and opportunities to NPD/Engineering and provide direction to the NPD to develop the competitive products and meet market requirement.

Job Requirements

1. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background

2. 3+ years working experience of sales & marketing, prefer in Power transmission, Power distributions or Telecom industry.

3. Strong in Technical knowledge/expertise, fast learner and adaptabilities.

4. Initiative, enthusiasm, leadership and follow up.

5. English communication is necessary

6. Myanmar nationality is preferred

7. Able to travel abroad
