POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the sales development and continual support of the Company’s pumps and related products within the assigned customer base or geographical region.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
 Coordinate and evaluate sales activities to expand customer base and increase sales volume; maintains contacts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and services territorial accounts directly.
 Support and participate in sales presentation, contractual proposals negotiations and closure of sales; manage delivery by liaising with project staff to ensure the specifications of the sales contract are met.
 Maintain detail knowledge of company products, system, and services; apply it effectively in understanding customer problems, diagnosing requirements and offering solutions, up-to-date files and portfolios of company sales literature, products specifications, promotions, samples and prices.

SECONDARY FUNCTION:
 As assigned by Line Manager and Managing Director whenever needed.

Job Requirements

 Degree in Mechanical Power or any related field
 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
 Bilingual: English & Myanmar 4 skills, Proficient in MS Office and excel spread sheets
 Able to work independently involving interaction with people at all levels as well as participate as a team member
 Candidates must have a strong background in mechanical or electrical knowledge and possess good technical competencies.
 Able to establish and maintain effective communication with distributor and point-of-sales channels.
 Knowledge of the hardware and machinery market or experience in selling equipment to these markets will be an added advantage.
 Knowledge of pump fundamentals and application IS NOT A MUST but will be an advantage.
 Be able to travel frequently to other regions within Myanmar
