Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow sales for our skin care brand in Yangon and selected regional markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will handle day-to-day selling — servicing and opening agent, wholesale and retail accounts, following up on orders and collections, and converting online enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

• Achieve the monthly individual sales target agreed with the Sales Manager
• Visit and service existing agents, wholesalers and retail outlets on a regular route plan
• Take orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments and collections
• Apply company pricing, discount and credit terms correctly on every order

Customer Development & Market Support

• Find and open new agent, wholesale and retail accounts in assigned townships
• Share product knowledge with partners and support in-store promotions and activations
• Respond to Facebook / TikTok and other online enquiries and convert them into orders
• Collect competitor pricing and market feedback and report it to the Sales Manager
• Prepare daily and weekly sales, visit and collection reports

• 1 – 3 years of sales experience — beauty, skincare, FMCG or consumer products preferred
• Experience in field sales, distribution, or wholesale / retail accounts is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Able to work to monthly sales targets and prepare simple sales and collection reports
• Good command of Burmese; basic English; able to use Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and Facebook / TikTok for sales
• Willing to make daily field visits in Yangon and occasional trips to regions
• Bachelor degree preferred
