  • Provide call plan and report for daily, weekly and monthly

Responsibilities

  •  Search and ascertain prospective clients and lead
  • Understand and learn about products or services
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
  • Negotiate contracts with clients
  • Receive feedback and resolve customer complaints and provide solutions via team effort
  •  Maintain client database and records
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Provide the effective ideas and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Pursue new business opportunities
  •  Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the sale industry
  • Provide the efficient strategy and ideas at sales meeting related to improve the level of the sale target
  •  Responsible for the booth activities and promotions
  •  Assist and cooperate with others according to company needs

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (preferred having knowledge or diploma in sale and marketing)
  •  Having two years of working experience in the field of medical laboratory products (IVD) sale and marketing as sale executives is preferable.
  • Having working experience of more than five years in this field is a great asset.
  • Good selling and presentation skill, reporting skill, strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proficient in English language (especially verbal and written communication).
  • Proficient in using the computer.
  • Highly motivated team player with strong customer communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively under pressure and flexible in time management.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Technical certifications a plus.
