• Work remotely from Myanmar to support Sales/Customer Service (CS) operations in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.

• Manage and operate Sales/CS communication channels, including phone calls, messaging platforms, and social media inboxes.

• Provide professional, prompt, and friendly assistance to prospective customers by sharing programme information, registration procedures, and addressing sales/cs-related enquiries.

• Handle inbound customer calls, messages, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.

• Resolve customer enquiries and escalate complex or high-priority issues to senior staff or management when necessary.

• Coordinate and manage operational matters and customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.

• Achieve and maintain Sals/CS KPIs, including daily reporting and Same-Day Reply Rate targets.

• Utilise cloud-based tools and spreadsheets to document sales activities, update sales pipelines, and report progress to management.

• Perform administrative and data entry tasks accurately and meticulously to ensure all systems and records are kept up to date.

• Any Graduate in Bachelor Degree
• Age must be under 30
• Good in English Language Proficiency
• Can be used Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Map, WhatsApp Messenger, Facebook Messenger
• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
• Able to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction

Working Days and Hours - Wed, Thu, Fri, Sun - 6:30 am - 6:30 pm ( 2* one- hour breaks)
