  • Identify and expand new retail shops, outlets, and distribution channels within the market.

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify market opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.

  • Effectively deliver and support products and services to customers.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

  • Accurately record and maintain customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Retail or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales-related roles.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and acquire new customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job.
