Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, physical market visits and social media
  3. Ensure customers within assigned territories are being serviced well
  4. Prepare, negotiate and deliver appropriate solutions on products and services for customers on behalf of company
  5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data and financials particularly in receivables
  6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales for assigned customers
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  9. Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities.
  10. Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma, considerations will be given to candidates without diploma but able to demonstrate a strong strength in sales
  2. Well prefer experience with the F&B and alcoholic industry (On & Off Premises)
  3. At least 2 years Sales experience in alcohol beverage industry particularly in the HORECA segment are advantageous
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM/ERP systems
  5. Willing to work for commissions and able to work for overtime
  6. Proficient in both Burmese and English
  7. Eager learner, self-motivated with passion for sales, customer service and the alcohol industry and a good team player
  8. Has valid driving license and vehicle
