A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Recruit Life Insurance Agents from the assigned Market
    • Scan through various segments, known circles to get the right people for soliciting Life Insurance Business.
  • Train the Agents
    • After final selection of the agents, the Sales Manager has to give training on various key functions like Sales, Prospecting, activity management, Product knowledge etc.
  • Monitoring the Activities
    • The Sales Manager need to help the agent in creating
      • Prospect List based on profile, age, income, and known circle
      • Help the agent in getting the appointment, the initial approach calls etc.
      • The Sales Manager will accompany the agent in joint field works in the initial days as a part of the field training.
      • He will train the agent on the after sales services and customer onboarding process.
      • Introduce the Agent to the servicing department for various service and process related activities.
      • Track the daily new calls, follow up calls, new prospects etc. with his agent team
      • Arrange weekly training classes for his team
  • Achieve the Business Target.
          • New Business Premium – The Monthly & Yearly Targets
          • Policies – Monthly & Yearly Targets
          • Renewals
          • Claims/Complaints/Ethics
          • Achieving the Goal Sheet on various parameters

Job Requirements

  • Age: Preferably between 25 to 30 years of age
  • Graduate with descent Pass percentage
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English
  • Working Experience in Sales is Preferably Financial Products is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and training skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
  • Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective region
  • Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
  • Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business
  • Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
